Differentiated Dopaminergic Neuron

Neurogeneration’s Investigational New Drug uses neural progenitor cells harvested from a patient, cultured in laboratory, characterized, differentiated and, finally, reintroduced into the patient’s deficient circuitry. The objectives of our clinical trials are to demonstrate on a wider scale the safety and therapeutic efficacy of progenitor cell-derived dopaminergic neurons for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease in an open label prospective study.
